Swedish Massage
Swedish massage therapy employs a combination of three basic strokes: long firm strokes, kneading strokes and small circular strokes to smooth away stress and ensure deep relaxation. Techniques may also include tapping, compression, vibration, rocking, friction, pressure, and non-forceful passive or active movement. The basic philosophy of Swedish massage is to manipulate the soft tissue for therapeutic purposes to enhance the body's tendency to heal itself. It is used to relieve muscular spasm and pain, improve blood circulation, and reduce swelling and inflammation. Swedish massage strokes and principles are combined with other techniques based on your specific needs.

Deep Tissue Therapy
Deep tissue therapy is designed to supplement basic massage techniques to work effectively with localized tensions, injury and emotional holding patterns. It helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation. When there is chronic muscle tension, pain, strain, spasm, injury, or postural problems there are usually adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Deep tissue massage works by physically releasing these adhesions to relieve pain, restore normal movement, and improve postural alignment. Deep tissue techniques are generally designed for focused, detail-oriented healing work.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on method of energy transference which promotes inner balance, healing and wholeness. This ancient Japanese art enhances your body’s natural ability to heal on every level (physical, emotional, and spiritual) and to release the cause of disease. Reiki life force energy is transmitted through the practitioner’s hands to you in accordance with your individual needs. After the treatment, you may expect to feel deeply relaxed and experience an overall feeling of well-being. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Maternity Massage
Maternity Massage helps the expectant mother by easing the load on the heart and keeping the blood pressure in check, improving the lymphatic and circulatory systems to help control the onslaught of varicose veins, and relieving depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes. It assists in remedying many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy such as muscular discomforts, backaches, headaches, leg cramps, sciatica, stiffness, tension and knots, and swollen ankles and feet. Massage for the pregnant woman facilitates the reduction of edema by gently pushing excess fluid back into circulation where it can be eliminated. It increases blood circulation, which provides more oxygen and nutrients to both mother and fetus. An additional benefit of Maternity Massage is that it also soothes and relaxes the nervous system by releasing endorphins into the mother’s body. As a result, the expectant mother feels more relaxed and at-ease and will also sleep more easily and more deeply. Chair Massage
Chair Massage is an effective, unique, and well choreographed form of bodywork performed in a specially designed chair, utilizing rocking, friction, pressure point therapy, and releasing techniques on key acupressure points. It doesn't take a lot of time and is done while fully clothed. The seated massage increases circulation and stimulates the muscles, thereby releasing tension in the back and relaxing the neck and shoulders. A 15-minute or 30-minute seated chair massage will revitalize you and contribute to your overall well-being. Couples Massage (60 minutes or 90 minutes)
During your Couples Massage session, two massage therapists concurrently offer individual Swedish massage sessions to each partner. In all cases, your modesty will be respected. All of our licensed therapists utilize proper draping techniques. During the bodywork session, you are required to be draped with a soft sheet or towel at all times. As each respective section of the body is massaged, it is uncovered and then recovered as the session progresses. This shared massage experience is the perfect way to spend time with your sweetheart, as all treatments are enjoyed together. The Couples Massage session is a delightful and unforgettable way to share relaxing together.

Thai Massage
Thai Massage is based on the healing principles and philosophy of Ayurveda and yoga which function together as a guide to the proper maintenance of a unified and balanced body, mind and spirit. Loose, comfortable clothing is worn by the recipient during a Thai Massage session. No creams or oils are used. Thai massage is performed on the floor on a comfortable Thai Massage mat. The practitioner gently guides the recipient through a series of flowing yoga-like postures and stretching movements while intermittently palming and thumbing along the body's energy ("Sen") lines and pressure points. Together these rhythmic actions result in a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating session that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, enhances flexibility, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.

Foot Reflexology Treatment
Foot Reflexology Treatment focuses on pressure point work on the reflex zones of your feet. Points in your feet correspond with organs and structures throughout your entire body. By working these points on the feet, the therapist directly affects the organs and systems of your body, helping to achieve balance. The pressure point work breaks up crystallized deposits in your feet that interfere with blood circulation and cause congestion. When points on your feet are worked, electrical impulses travel throughout the body. Foot Reflexology is a very relaxing and balancing treatment.

Body Brushing

Body brushing, also known as dry brushing, is a simple technique performed in a gentle, rhythmic manner with the use of a soft bristled body brush. Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage Therapy is a thermal extension of Swedish massage and Aromatherapy which incorporates the use of smooth, heated basalt stones placed on key tension areas of the body to carry warmth deep into the muscles, tissues and joints. In addition to the placement of the stones on key spots on your body during the session, the therapist systematically glides warm, lubricated stones over the surface of your body applying gentle but firm pressure to the musculature for a deeply relaxing and unique experience. This treatment includes the full Hot Stone Massage treatment as well as the cooling, tension relieving effects of cool polar marble stones, which facilitate the healing of aching muscles and promote relaxation on every level. Smooth, heated basalt stones placed on key tension areas of the body and alternating warm stones and cool marble stones glide across the body. This warm and cold stone therapy uses alternating temperatures to encourage healing, balance and rejuvenation.
